Last time mama went back to put Luke to sleep, this time I let Daddy go. Here they are getting ready to go back.
Luke was so strong when he woke that they had to bring out the big guns and drug him up....he slept all afternoon....wish I could have some of that stuff!
Luke watching Thomas the Tank Engine, which is his favorite! Thanks Mr. and Mrs. Q and Miss Bethany. This helped pass some time in the wee hours when he was awake.
The nurses loved flirting with this little guy. He got special treatment this time with his own room....Everyone was great! We are so proud of our surgeon who has done such a great job!Thanks to everyone who was praying for our little man. He did great! We love you Luke! You are our little soldier

Luke deserves Gluten and milk free cookies and more for all he's been through! You and Kevin deserve an award for the best parents ever too! Sorry the trip was no fun either!We know God will bring you all through this stronger and closer to Him! Love, DQ

Glad to see an update from the surgery. I know that was a tough day for you all but it looks as though you made it through quite well! Kudos to Luke for being such a strong boy through it all! He has such great parents too!
