Uncle and Nephew taking charge!

This cross season was so much fun. I enjoyed watching my brother and nephew kick some butt! Jeremy is in 10th grade and had a great season ending it at the state meet where he ran 16:09. Lachlan is in 7th grade and won his league meet beating everyone even the 8th graders. I could brag all day about these two.

Here are the Dickie boys before they kick some butt!

Jeremy and Lachlan will be running on the same team in two years....I can see the headlines now "Uncle and Nephew run stride for stride"

Lachlan cruising along....

Jeremy running strong....

The Dickie, Thompson clan. These boys always had people cheering them on....Here we are at Jeremy's state meet. We were all running around like a wild bunch.....In college my family always showed up at my meets, which were pretty far for them to drive.....my teammate, Mo would say..."Well, I don't know who will be here, but I do know there will be Dickie's" We have kept that tradition going as the Dickie army shows up at every meet. Poor mom and dad couldn't make this trip....they are in Paris, but I think Jeremy had enough cheering:):):) Great job boys! We love you!

Great job to the Dickie boys!!! You definitely have a strong running family!! That is pretty cool!!! It was always great to have Sharon's parents at the races, they are always so positive and genuine, no matter what actually happened in the race!

Thanks for the fun pictures! I love keeping up with all that is going on with those fast guys! It's been a great year for both of them and I can't wait to see them running together. What a treat! Love, DQ
