Christmas with Luke!

Well, our computer is still with the doctor, but we have a bunch of new pictures from Christmas.  Luke had an absolute blast.  Check out the short video.  He got so excited opening his presents!  We went to Hilton Head to spend Christmas with my father and we also caught the Nease family reunion.  It was great for Luke to meet his Georgia kin.

Christmas morning!  It was amazing.  It was about 75 degrees and low tide in the morning, which means we had plenty of beach.  There were a bunch of folks out walking their dogs.  Luke, Sharon and I got to hang out for a while.

I love low tides.

Luke got his feet a little wet here, but I didn't have the heart to stop him.

Now this was a funny moment!  As always, Luke was pointing at all the birds.  But if you look closely at his hand, he's holding a cracker!  Within seconds, he was surrounded by at least 20 birds.  Poor fella got scared and ran off but never thought to throw the cracker:)

Before Christmas, we spent a few days in Greenville to see Sharon's grandmother.  Mrs. Fehsenfeld was in great spirits and is a very lovely woman.  She enjoyed meeting her great grandson.   We took the above picture at the Bob Jones campus.  It's the college where Pastor and Mary met.  They went all out with the Christmas lights.  It was well done.

Pastor, against Sharon and Jeremy begging him not to do it, climbed up the rocks to enjoy the view.  After seeing this act of defiance, I might be able to pressure him into bungee jumping...maybe;)  (just kidding, Mrs. D!)  The mountain home where we stayed is in the background.

Luke had fun.

"9 ball, corner pocket."

ok, so it wouldn't be a holiday trip without me getting a little scuffed up.  Against Sharon's orders (she's making me write that), I took Luke and started climbing on the rocks.  It looked safe enough...until I slipped on some ice under some leaves. Stupid leaves!:)  I busted my shin a little and had to get it bandaged:)

Now you've got to watch this video!  Luke was very excited opening presents.  He kept saying "open, open, open, open"  Enjoy!

Loved all the pictures but I have never seen a cuter little boy at Christmas with the outfit and all! He really was enjoying everything! How fun! The seagulls reminded me of the ones in Finding Nemo. They would yell "mine, mine.." Luke opening his presents was hilarious! He got so excited! Glad you got it all on video. Thanks for sharing! Love, DQ
