Luke's birthday and some swim classes

Luke turned two on June 3rd! We didn't have the camera for the weekend party, but found it before cake time.

Last year, we made a TERRIBLE soy cake for Luke. Even Spud wouldn't eat it! This year we did a wacky cake my grandma Dickie makes...he liked it much better!

Happy Birthday Luke! I'm glad this year you were able to eat cake.

Luke said he made a wish

Kev got him a trampoline for his birthday...Kev says he's trying to activate Luke's fast twitch muscles:)

My mom always put up streamers for us as kids on our birthdays...its tradition! He loved running threw it.

Showing off my belly...(only three weeks to go) Luke wanted to be a part of the picture, with all the trains he could carry.

Kev, showing off is new shoes. He wears them everywhere! They're the barefoot shoes from Vibram. He loves them.

Playing with the toys Grandma and Papa gave him.

Luke is taking a swim class with me. The other moms in class think I'm going to go into labor.

My cutie pie!

Waiting to get in the pool. He likes to watch the big kids before class.

Glad Luke had a real birthday cake this year! ;) Sharon your belly pic is cute - I have been meaning to take another one - we have been busy! Interesting shoes Kev, not sure what I think!

I love the "cutie pie" picture of Luke! You should frame that one. We miss him so much. Can't wait to see little Siena on the "Luckiest". You all look great and I love the pics of your new place. Love the shoes, Kevin! They look like gloves for feet...way cool.

Poor Grandma, she tried to make him a good cake last year! It's a funny story for sure! I don't think Luke needs any more stimulation for his fast twitch muscles! Maybe a chill pill? JK! He looks so cute wrapped up in his towel! While he's waiting for class he looks like he wants in with the big kids! Your belly really looks like you're bigger than with Luke! Is that why the ladies at swim class think you won't make it to your C-section date? I loved the birthday streamers! It was a fun different way to carry on the tradition! Love, DQ
