Sharon has been waiting for a while for me to do a post about our trip(s) to Crossroads Village. Crossroads Village is a small park in Flint that has authentic homes from the late 1800s. The homes/offices were transported to the park and the area is built to look historic. It's a pretty neat environment. Of course, both times Sharon and I went, we wanted to take a train ride, but we got there too late. And of course, we froze our butt off both times! For our first trip, we went with the whole Dickie clan and had a ball.
Luke enjoyed himself both times. He always stays quiet when we're walking. I enjoy taking walks with him on the weekend. Check out the bright moon in the background.

Luke got to go on his first carousel ride. Believe it or not, I was more nervous about this than Sharon...and I'm the reckless one! Luke did just fine.

Can you see that stubble on my face??? That's several months worth of growth without shaving. Absolutely pathetic!:)

Here's Sharon and Luke during the firework show.

Isn't she gorgeous...After having a baby, she's still got it!

Trust me, Luke was plenty warm! You can barely see me in the background. This was Luke in his baby Bjorn, which was strapped to me.

Sharon loves to hold the camera and take pictures. She did pretty well on this one. Luke looks a little confused....or scared, I can't tell:)

Here's a funny video. I was laughing the entire time because Bob Dickie was standing off in the corner making me crack up. He knew I was getting sick of taking pictures.
