I started my labor day weekend a day early, as I met my brother-in-law Ben on the golf course. Aside from our crappy play on the course, it was a perfect day! On Saturday, Sharon and I took Luke to a park in Pontiac, Michigan. We took Luke for a stroll down one of the bike paths, but after almost getting run over, we decided to head towards safer territory. The above picture is Luke and I singing "If you're happy and you know it..." He loves it when we clap his hands together.
Here's Sharon putting her "hooter hider" to good use. She takes good care of our baby. She is absolutely one of the world's best mothers. Luke sleeps well, he eats well and he's happy.
Here's Luke and Spud hanging out watching traffic go by. Spud is starting to take a liking to Luke. When Luke cries in the morning, Spud will go lay by his door. I don't know why. When Luke gets upset in his swing downstairs, Spud goes and lays right next to him. It's odd, but cute.
Here's the family taking a photo on the bike trail. Luke was excited about his first Tennessee ballgame.
Here's Luke with mama. It was a beautiful day to be at the lake. Too bad Luke can't swim yet. Maybe next week.

I can't let there NOT be a post from Zia! You should be proud - he has great expressions! And does he put the effort into scooting! I was rooting for him to get the toy. Love the UT cap! Can't wait to see you.
